this is the beginning

Well, this is what I hope is the beginning of what will be a successful journey. I've struggled with my weight all my life but I've never had a problem being a "big guy" before. For some reason over the course of the last several months I've been having really bad self body images and have finally decided to do something about it. I look at this as a journey, one that I will eventually complete to get back my life and my own respect. I need to learn self control and find the love of working out that I had at one time in my life. I can't let my job run me, I must learn to run it if I am going to make my goals. Today is the last day of my old life and tomorrow starts a new life. Wish me luck and join me along this journey if you wish. I need all the help I can get.
